She then continued her travels solo of horses to study for 6 months in America before finishing of on the show jumping circuit in Florida with Scott Keach. Emma had a fabulous 2018 season on board a number of horses including catch ride Lafayette MVNZ who she took to the Australian Showjumping Young Rider Championships with huge success.

Emma was on the La Noir High Performance Young Rider Squad for 2018 and aims to step her horses up to Horse of the Year classes and Grand Prix level in 2019.

Emma has had lots of success throughout her horse riding years. This includes placing 3rd and receiving her certificate of capability in the Youth Olympic Qualifier, selection onto the state Junior and Young Rider squads over the years for both eventing and show jumping and many placings and wins both in WA and on the east coast.

She finished her circuit at Adelaide International 3DE placing 2nd and 5th in the very competitive Jumping with the Stars competition.
