Perth Royal Show and Patrons Cup GP

Perth Royal Show was a success for 2019!

Lafayette MVNZ 2nd Part 2, 5th HOY and 2nd Susan Bond Memorial Mini Prix. She was on fire all weekend!

Oaks Diabella 5th Part 2 and 7th Susan Bond!

The horses then had a couple of days to recoup before Patrons Cup.

Lafayette double clear and 5th in the warm up class and Diabella clear with 1 time fault. They both then stepped up to their first grand prix jumping and were super! Bella was fabulous and had a very unlucky rail in the second round bumping her just out of placings but we were thrilled!

WA State Jumping Championships

What a fantastic championship show for WA! Run by a small group of people they went above and beyond to produce a top quality competition.

Lafayette MVNZ was 6th in the Horse of the Year and 5th in the Mini Prix Final.

Oaks Diabella had her first HOY start and jumped a super round in the Mini Prix Final, unfortunately just out of the placings.

Numero Too was also on form, 6th in the Bronze series and stepped up to the Rising Stars final on sunday not touching a pole all weekend.

SRSJC Young Horse Championship

Numero Too stepped up so well in the 6YO young horse championship. He placed 4th in the class and 6th in the ‘style’ section of the class. This horse is relatively green to this level of competition and stepped up like a champ with two faultless rounds against some very nice young horses.

Lafayette MVNZ finished off a great weekend in the 1.30m Mini Prix placing 4th after having an unlucky last fence down in a very fast jump off.

Busselton Winter Festival and Geraldton Jumping

Lafayette MVNZ the star of the team picking up a 3rd and a 6th in the 1.30m classes and then a 3rd and a 4th in the 1.25m and Silver Series Qualifier! We just love how hard this horse tries, not touching a pole all weekend.

Emma than caught the ride for Geraldton and also had a faultless weekend on board Lucy, winning the Silver Series Qualifier on the Sunday!

Numero Too was also on form at Geraldton to win the Bronze Series Qualifier!

Yalambi SJ Classic

Every year we feel very blessed to have one of Australia’s most stunning venues located in WA. The Yalambi team continually puts on a world class show for us!

Juggling a stunning wedding in between a weekend of jumping, Diamond B Catapulte finished her career off with a fabulous round in the silver series, this wonderful mare will now enjoy retirement and we aim to put her in foal this spring!

Polo & Jumping in the Valley

The year really started with a bang with SRSJC hosting the first ever Polo and Jumping in the Valley with our best polo players taking each other on alongside WA’s best showjumpers!

We were beyond thrilled with the way the show went and hope to continue this as an annual date on our calendar.

Oaks Diabella kicked off her season on fire placing 6th in the 1.30m grand Prix and 5th in both 1.20m warm up classes each day.

Australian Jumping Championships and Adelaide 3DE

Both Lafayette MVNZ and Here To Stay made the long trip across the Nullarbor to finish off the year with a bang! Lucy and Emma had huge success against some stiff competition given they are such a new and green combination. They placed 5th in the Australian young rider championship qualifier and after making it into the 1.45m final were 14th overall! They then continued on to Adelaide for the Jumping with the Stars classes to place 2nd and 5th.

Belinda and Jake also had a superb weekend with Jake putting his best foot forward to bring home a 4th in the CIC 3*** at Adelaide International 3DE and won highest placed off the track for the second year in a row!

Yalambi Spring Classic

Equestrian is a sport of ultimate highs and lows. Yalambi spring classic was a wonderful high class competition set in between beautiful scenery on wonderful area. Lafayette MVNZ continues to amaze us with a place on the first day, two perfect clear rounds and a 5th in the qualifier for the Gaenor Mcinnes Memorial and unfortunately just out of the placings in the final but we are beyond proud of this mare. Diamond B Catapulte was on form with an unlucky rail popping her out of the running for a place in the Gaenor. ESB Irish Tribute stepped into the main ring like an old pro and jumped so well over the 3 days and our new member of the team Oaks Diabella had clear rounds all weekend and a 6th on the saturday.

Phew what a busy few days it was! Now onto Patrons Cup weekend!
